“Came here for a cozy weekend without the kids and it was perfect! We slept in late and woke up to beautiful images of the frozen lake covered in snow. 8 minute drive to downtown and restaurants followed by cozy day reading and watching movies. “We had three families for a long weekend and this house was perfect. Two levels with bathrooms and beds allowed everyone space to spread out and relax. The house is a three minute drive to Mt Sunapee. The owners were attentive and even accommodated a slightly late check out for a car that had to be towed. “It is an entire house, so a good amount of space. Brand new remodel (we were there in Jan 2025). The kitchen/family room is great for meals and hanging out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful. The photos show how nice. There is even a deck out back. We had 8 adult family members and could have easily fit a few more. And only 1 mile to downtown Manchester. ”

“The house was beautiful inside and out. Everything was very clean and very comfortable, and the view of the lake was outstanding. For the winter months the lower level with the pool table was cold, but we were still able to enjoy it. The host of the property had exceptionally good communication and was attentive and helpful. “The charming home is very remote and private. Updated kitchen and bathroom providing all amenities you could want. Comfortable beds, but master is very tall. Although the living area futon seating provides extra sleeping options, they are not the most comfortable for sitting/lounging. A softer chair or two would be welcome. Lovely deck for lake watching. Frogs aplenty!”

“I rented this last minute after making a mistake on another rental I wanted. I accidentally rented an entire house with privacy and had it all to ourselves with our dog but the accident was I booked the wrong week, it was the week prior to what I needed and lost all my rental fees. But I was desparate for a place because it was for my sons wedding so 2 days prior to needing it I found this place.
