“This tiny home was perfect for my weeklong stay. The space was well-furnished with everything I needed, and kitchen was especially well-furnished. The bed was comfortable, and the space appointed with a large screen tv. I enjoyed a few nights at the fire pit in the yard adjacent to the unit. The unit is also only blocks away from the Kentucky River and beautiful sunsets. Donna was very responsive to my questions and needs. I will definitely be back! ”

“It rained all wkd but was a nice trip anyway. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and grill there to grill supper. Had 2 deer in the yard and wasn’t scared of us watching them. Clean and bed slept good. Location is close to store and lake. ”

“Neat, clean and organized well. Loved the decor which included lots of books and a record player. Open concept but had a “homey” feel. Loved it was right across from a coffee shop and there were multiple restaurants in walking distance. There was also a make your own pottery shop within walking distance and boutiques.”

“This host is incredible. So helpful. This house is exactly as presented and priced very well. It’s an older one level ranch style as are most of the homes in area. Our daughter and family live on same street so convenience is huge plus. Close to university and the McKenzie Elementary, Middle and High Schools. Walking ok everywhere and close enough to town square if you’re looking to get in your steps. House itself has been cleaned up and painted cutely. Nice bedding in each bedroom.……
