“One of the reasons we chose the Chaffin home was due to some of the extra amenities, such as pool table and hot tub. Although we didn't get much of a chance to use the hot tub since it was a heat wave while we were there, we definitely made good use of the rec room and pool table. The home is very cozy but has lots of room. I loved spending time in their sun room in the mornings. And of course, we spent alot of time on the lake. “This was the perfect location and house for our family while visiting our daughter and family that live within a 6 minute drive. We were there from NC for the High School Graduation of our granddaughter. The house was exactly what we needed with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Our NC grandson was most excited about visiting his TN cousins and the chickens and cool rope swing behind the house in the woods. So glad we found this on VRBO and plan to return. Thanks again to the owners who were great!”

“This place had everything - a delightful porch, a fire pit with awesome Adirondack chairs, a kitchen full of everything one could need, loads of outlets for charging, mini split ACs for ultimate comfort, a great shower, and foldable table and desk to maximize space. We’re thrilled we could stay here during our time in Big Sandy. The hosts were wonderfully communicative and helpful. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat!”
