Tsampika and the staff were welcoming and went above and beyond with service and any questions we had. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Heraklion. ”

“The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! ”

“C’est un très beau site, cependant il y a place à l’amélioration au niveau de l’entretien (spa, piscine, cuisinette). Taxi cher pour l’aéroport.”
