“My wife and I were in town for the Madeline Island Half Marathon run on May 17th and needed a new place to stay after our previous reservation at another VRBO was canceled on us by that host. This place was perfect for what we needed. It had a super comfortable bed, the soaking tub was AMAZING (and I wasn't even the one that ran!) and the peacefulness of the house was more than we could have hoped for. “My husband and I had a great stay. The location is great, and the decor, furnishings, etc. are impeccable. Owners were very responsive. The only thing inside that could be improved would be instructions in the binder on how to use the heat. After the first night, we communicated with the owners and they explained what to do. The only criticism of the property is that the outside could use some maintenance. The interior was gorgeous and we loved our stay very much! Thank you!”

“We had a lovely trip. Beautiful view of the water from the deck and perfect area to star gaze. It’s only two miles from Bayfield which was a great distance for a morning run into town for coffee. “This was a cute cabin along the south shore of Lake Superior, a quick bike ride to a couple of smaller towns and about 25 minutes to Bayfield. There is a short walk to a beach cove which is secluded and beautiful. Less than a 10 minute drive to Hidden falls hike which was gorgeous! The host was very responsive and flexible, and the place was clean and organized. Would definitely spend time here again! ”
