It has a walkout patio that overlooks Lake Superior. Property was super clean and well equipped. Bed is comfortable and big. The only shortcoming was lack of true kitchen which we were aware of so it wasn’t a surprise. Apartment is equipped with a small kitchenette with no sink and cabinets. All utensils and……

The school itself had sold out of its rooms on their property so I needed to look for my own accommodations.The Suite Three at La Pointe Lodging was just perfect, only one block from the ferry and a quick 1-1/2 mile drive to the Madeline Island School. The room was bright, clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. My experience could not have been better.”

If you stay here, we highly recommend spending time on Madeline Island; don't just use it as a launching point to other excursions. ”
