“My dearest gal pal and I stayed at this VRBO for two nights as a part of our stay in Nashville for a concert- it treated us incredibly well! At first we were confused as to where the location of the unit was, but we coincidentally bumped into the owner and their friend who were incredibly kind to us as we located it! BEAUTIFUL interior design, with such a comfortable atmosphere! The hospitality was top notch, from the selection of snacks and K-cups to the customized welcome on the Wifi board.……

“We liked everything about the apartment. The location on the river is great and everything was clean ans as advertised. I only have 2 suggestions, keep the chairs by the fire pit wiped off (they were dirty and had bird poop on them) spend a little money to have the gravel driveway smoothed out! The bumps are terrible and hard to navigate, especially in a small car.Otherwise, all good stuff here.”

“Mandy, the owner of the property was so kind. We arrived when they were having a very important celebration with friends to celebrate a successful cancer treatment! They invited us to enjoy a glass of wine and helped us navigate how to park during the party. It was a pleasure meeting Mandy and all of the friends. They were a lovely group of people. “The host is on top of it and incredibly helpful and Responds quickly to requests and questions. The place is cute, clean and comfortable. The location is safe and close to cafe’s and shops, it’s very walkable. Would def stay here again. ”

“We came to Nashville for the weekend to go to the flea market and go antiquing. The guest cottage was clean and quiet during our stay. It was convenient to the major roads in Nashville. Erin was very easy to communicate with, and made check in and out a breeze! Very cute space!”

“My best friend & I stayed (2) nights leading into New Year’s Eve. It was the PERFECT location. So glad we chose here instead of a hotel. Downtown is only a short drive away. The experience, scenery & environment were amazing. It truly gave the feel of being in the country & was so peaceful & quiet and such a great experience. “Heidi was so kind and very accommodating! Such a cute property. They put extra thought to to everyday amenities one would need for the kitchen or bathroom, etc! Towels were SOOO soft!! Cute neighborhood. I will definitely try to stay here again, if we come back next year for Country Fest! ”
