“Very clean unit. Very convenient to West Hollywood. Ralph's groceries across the street, Target down the street. Very safe building and excellent instructions for checking in. Did not have the opportunity to use the pool, which is beautiful. Exceptionally attentive manager who was in continual contact to ensure we were able to access the unit and had all that was needed. Would definitely return!”

“The apartment was clean and spacious and had pretty much everything you could need. I wasn't cooking, but one thing I didn't find was a cutting board in the kitchen. I did not use the pool / spa but the area looked nice. Location was very convenient to lots of things, and if you're not in a rush I recommend trying to use the bus a few times, there is one that stops right near the apartment building and goes downtown or west through West Hollywood. ”

“Terrible. Although I didn’t stay for my stay they threaten to take “legal actions” because their system never charged me on the due date for my stay. That resulting in us not staying because it was too much hassle. Mind u they claim they have video evidence of me checking in which is a lie because I never did. So to lie and say u have evidence when u clearly don’t is crazy. Mind u they are not even suppose to be air bnb’n out of their apartment. Well that’s what it seemed like. It was sketchy……
