“We had a fantastic stay at this property. We had 3 adults, 1 child, and 1 dog. We had plenty of space and loved the backyard. Location is central to many locations we visited. Highly recommend!”

“We had an amazing stay and the house was perfect. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and living dinning on second floor with a grilling patio. Bonus top floor with much larger roof deck. Easy walk to Redondo Beach Pier. Also perfectly located for day trips to other parts of LA including Disneyland. Check in process was easy and the owner was quick to answer any questions. Only suggestion would be for the owner to create a welcome binder that has house instructions (like how to operate……

“Situated in the trendy Silver Lake area, this unit is perfect for those looking to have a relaxing stay. This two bedroom unit was a breathtaking view of the Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign. Each room has access to the spacious washroom as well as access to the outdoor living room. “Property was clean and well appointed and in excellent condition. Communication from property manager was efficient and detailed.Property is on a narrow street which has a dense amount of cars parked on both sides of the road in a good neighborhood. It would be difficult to find parking on the street if that has been necessary but was not an issue as the garage provided was perfect for us.I would rent again if the opportunity arose.”

Comfy beds, fast WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, and free parking made it super convenient. “I rented this property because I wanted to be close to Shoreline Drive. It's a great location - easy to get around by car or on foot.The unit is one of three in the building, which wasn't entirely clear in the listing. The other two units are apartments.The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated and it's clear that the whole house has had a once-over, but it does look, feel, and smell like an old house. Nothing wrong with it - it doesn't smell bad, just to be clear - just old. Light……
