“I booked 4 rooms for my staff that were doing a project in the area and they have all raved about how nice the property was. In small towns, we don't always have access to the best accommodations, so they were nervous going into this project about what to expect from this property but all four of them loved it. We ended up needing to call the staff at one point due to two of my staff members forgetting something in the rooms and they were extremely kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend……

“Older motel. Room clean. I am sure at one time this was avery nice motel. But that was in the past. You get what you pay for.”

“Overall, our stay was good. As noted in the Guidebook, we had requested an early check-in, but there was a lack of communication on this. I had to call VRBO to get an update. Upon arrival, we noticed several maintenance issues that needed documentation (e.g., the game room basketball hoop was barely hanging on, there were holes behind doors, etc.), which we promptly documented and sent via email. The cleanliness of the house was generally good. However, the hot tub wasn’t clean from the start—it……

“This was a beautiful house and had everything we needed and more. Everything about is adoreable and we loved our peaceful family getaway to unplug. ”

“A friend and I stayed here for a fishing tournament and there was plenty of parking / plug ins and the house was very nice and clean. William (host) was very helpful and even gave us an extension cord to use as we forgot to bring one.”

“We enjoyed our time over Thanksgiving. The house is nicely set up with lots of sleeping areas as well as adequate living/dining area. We enjoyed most of the country feel. Communications with the host were promptly answered. They even bought a crock pot for our use.”

“Overall was extremely dirty with rust, mold on the bathroom ceilings, chipping paint, tiles falling off the shower walls, carpets that felt oily. Hallways smell damp. The staff was very kind, though. Beds were okay. Smelled clean. Unfortunately the pictures did not match the state of the rooms. I do not think there is much that could be fixed here without major repairs. ”
