“I have mixed reviews based upon my initial check in. The person at the desk was super friendly and check in was quick. I checked into a room on the first floor and when I walked in, immediately I was hit with a mildew type smell that overpowered the room. I went back to the desk to let them know that I’d like a new room. The gentleman was nice about it, but he was not surprised by the request. I would think that guest services would have been a bit more shocked that their room smelled like……

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and pool were clean. The breakfast was delicious and coffee was great. The room smelled old but to be expected at a hotel.”

“My only complaint is with the breakfast. One morning they had French fries for breakfast. They had gray two mornings but only had biscuits with it one day. Breakfast could certainly use some improvement.”

“Nothing at all against the property, just it has been a while since we needed to check in late in a big city hotel. Maybe better instructing signs for late check-in and parking for us grey bearded rural Oregonians!”
