“Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.”

“Shame on Expedia for not refunding the amount. We did not stay at the hotel. The place said they would send information, which they didn’t. We arrived with our two tired kids and called Expedia because the host did not answer calls, texts or What’s App messages. Then we got texts from another number that stated the room was not clean but we could stay there. A person came out and said her room was filthy. The host on What’s App said they would refund the money but would not pick up when Expedia……

“Tolle Unterkunft, freundliches Personal, guter Service. Mit dem Zug ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Londoner Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglickeiten direkt nebenan. Wir haben zum Glück kurz vorher in einer Gast-Bewertung gelesen, dass das Hotel in der Umweltzone liegt. Man muss sein Auto vorher registrieren lassen.”

“This was in a quiet location, which is nice after being out in crowded London all day site seeing. The walk to Brixton station was about 15 minutes, which is the transportation we took most. It was pretty easy to get to any London location. The rooms were comfortable - it was great having space for our family of four. ”

“We were unable to get access details so never stayed. Hotels.com were excellent gave us 100% support and found us alternative accommodation. ”
