“This was a beautiful spot to stay and welcoming staff. We were looking forward to the pool and or hot tub and it was not open. I would have loved the heads up or a little deduction in price🤔”

All the rooms in the hotel itself is undergoing an upgrade so construction is going on. All the rooms on the first and second floor are accessed from the outside stairs (no elevator). ”
