“Excellent ocean front property, lovely rooms. The only drawback was lack of facility to obtain food or drink. The bar was closed. The signage at the front access entrance is deceiving as the actual “Dolphin Sands’ name is not advertised, it is signposted as a different name altogether. Apparently this is currently being rectified. Will definitely stay again. Amazing location. ”

“Self check-in, the room facilities are complete but seem a bit old. The kitchen supplies are not very clean, and the toilet has a body odor. The Internet connection is very slow, which is not good for business stays.”

“This was our first time staying at the Mantra Mackay and hopefully it will not be our last. Normally we stay in town near the highway but this time we tried the marina precinct and were very happy with our choice of the Mantra. The staff were friendly and the room was excellent. The bars and restaurants along the waterfront were great. We are looking forward to another visit before too much longer, and hopefully for more than just one night on the way through.”
