“We had a great stay in a cozy cabin and enjoyed excellent communication with Laura. When we had an issue with the grill’s propane tank, she sent someone up within 15 minutes, which we really appreciated.There are a few areas for improvement. Firstly, the cabin could benefit from more seating. With five adults, it was challenging for all of us to gather comfortably in one room. Additional armchairs, especially in the room with the record player, would have been appreciated. It would also help to……

“The cabin was so comfortable, and just as described. We all remarked on how comfortable the beds were, and the abundance of pillows to choose from for a restful sleep. The location was perfect, and the property was just beautiful! We loved waking up to bird song - such a variety of birds to hear and photograph! Rhona, our host, was very prompt and courteous in responding to any communication and/or questions. It's always great to get away with family and friends, reconnect, and just enjoy each……

“It was very cool, just some slight inconveniences. -Only had one roll of toilet paper with no spares for 8 people. -Hottub was not completely filled so if we wanted to use it, we would need to find a bucket to or hose to fill it and wait for it to heat up. -A few cabinets in the kitchen would hit against each other or on the ceiling making them a bit annoying to useOther than that it was a pretty cool spot and owners were responsive when i texted them because i couldnt the email they sent me……

“I was stunned by the sweet smell of the meadow then overwhelmingly surprised by the thoughtfulness of the host. Every comfort of home plus some extras like fresh milk, k-cups, firewood, berries, fresh granola... The place is much more beautiful in person and all funstional”

“We were so happy with our stay at this cabin. It was so nice. The cabin feels like a lot of care was put into it. The nature around the house is incredible. The only flag is that the wifi wasn't incredible (got the job done, but may not be great for a Zoom call or similar).”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Our family does a yearly family vacation and when we are somewhere we take day trips to surrounding areas. We were able to let my step daughter see her grandparents on her mom’s side who she hadn’t seen in years. We also took a train into the city. “The cottage was very comfortable and the location was very picturesque. It is on a quiet road across the street from a river, which not only offers a great view, but also the soothing sound of flowing water. The interior was beautifully renovated with modern day comforts, while preserving original traditional details that add to its charm. I will definitely be returning in the warmer months to enjoy the outdoor amenities offered. ”

“Cozy cabin on a beautiful creek, with a beautiful and updated interior. They had everything we needed and the host was warm and incredibly responsive. We were lucky enough to have the weather just cool enough for the fireplace and fire pit. I really appreciated the pack and play for the baby. Can't wait to come back for snow season!”

“Our family of 3 had a great long weekend at the cabin. The pool table was a plus when it was raining. Julie was a great host and an excellent communicator. House is very close to Woodstock and Kingston and just over the bridge from Rhinebeck. It was the perfect hub for our getaway. ”
