“The house is pretty true to the pictures. Lots of amenities offered. Nice backyard area with pool, hot tub, seating and grill. It was strange that the vacuum had to stay in the pool. Makes it a little difficult to swim in it. We had a group of 8, mixture of couples and singles and this house worked well. ”

“The house is exactly as pictured. We had a few minor issues that were resolved quickly. Easy to drive wherever you need to go. The property is located on a street that can get busy but this did not disturb our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable stay!”

The kitchen was thoughtfully laid out and stocked with everything we needed for meals and snacks.The outdoor amenities were a highlight. We really enjoyed the barbecue area, and the movie screen in the backyard was a fun and easy-to-use feature that everyone loved. “The villa is awesome! Well located (between Boca and Delray), very spacious, clean and with everything you need to feel like home. A short walk to a semiprivate beach (in fact there were never more than 3 o 4 people around). Ideal for families with kids. The pool is well maintained and perfect to relax after the beach. Tamara is very kind, friendly and responsive. Highly recommended… I am sure we will be back. ”

“I was there for ESP and it's a short and easy drive to the showgrounds. The house was sparkling clean and it's close to everything you may need for your stay. David was a fantastic host - I managed to get a door stuck and he came out right away to fix it. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend.”

“Our family was beyond appreciative of this stunning spacious ocean side home with views from each room! We travel to upscale homes frequently, and this one, with spiral staircase to a rooftop terrace overlooking ocean-perfect for morning Bloody Mary’s! Each cozy inviting bedroom has a tv, modern bathroom attached with high pressure hot showers, plenty of towels. In the evening, we all cozied up under blankets + grown adults watched Christmas movies on the big tv in family area with popcorn……

“My husband and I rented this house for a mini-vacation during February break with our adult daughter, her teenage foster daughter, and my teenage niece. The house was exactly as advertised - a spacious, clean, place with all modern conveniences, including a lovely pool (with a cascade of warm water) and lots of outdoor space. Part of the outdoor space was covered, which meant that some of the furniture stayed dry despite a nighttime rain. Lots of places to sit, a washer/dryer, ample towels……
