“Condo is misleading. I wouldn't call it a studio, efficiency apartment is better.This is a single room, which you can tell from the pictures, so I was prepared. Others might not be as observant. It was clean. The shower is top notch (if you're comfortable showering in front of anyone staying with you). The courtyard is lovely. “Plenty of room for my husband, myself and our teenage son. Super close to the beach (walking distance, a few blocks), but parking is only $3.50 an hour for Lake Worth Beach, and it's beautiful and wasn't ever really crowded while we were there. Busy, yes, but plenty of space on the beach to not feel like there wasn't any room. The apt is also close to a downtown like setting with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. Super easy access in and out. The apt still feels private, even though……
