“My sisters and I (all in our 50's) took our 1st ever sisters trip to hike parks with waterfalls. We drove 5 to 7 hours to stay at this beautiful property. It was peaceful, comfortable, and the center of our adventures. The host was easy to communicate with and even gave us several local suggestions of activities going on during our time here. Definitely one of the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure of renting from in my travels. Definitely will be recommending her to my friends! ”

“Location was good for our itinerary which included a trip to Bayfield plus some hiking and a day on the UTV trails. Beautiful scenery at the home, but it seems house had a problem with mice that should get fixed. Overall we enjoyed our stay once we accepted we would share the space with some uninvited guests. 😁”

“This home was very large and spacious for my family to stay for a wedding in the area. The beds were comfy and each room had a fan and air conditioning. It was easy for each of us to access the property with the door code so we didn't each need a key to get in. The host responded to my inquiries in a very timely manner. “Beautiful property! Was nicely tucked back in a secluded area with a beautiful yard. It had a nice firepit and chairs and even stocked with wood for fires. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were also convenient. The sauna looked interesting too we were just a little too busy to use it. Kitchen was stocked and convenient. We enjoyed the Norwegian spruce in the front yard also would recommend!”

“We had a great time at the Birch Haven log cabin despite the colder August weather! The cabin was stocked with any cooking utensil you could ever need and we appreciated hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent being provided! The twin beds in the loft were not comfortable, so that was our only complaint. Unfortunately, my sons who are avid fisherman didn't get a single bite from the dock or out on the lake in the row boat. But that's why they call it fishing and not catching!”
