Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying. “First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. ”

“The property itself is really nice. A taxi is about €20, so you should plan around the shuttle. The area is really sketchy and not nice or walkable to anywhere of importance or interest. The apartment was very well appointed and 2 bathrooms is a life saver with kids. We loved our stay. It’s clean and wonderful. It’s very very loud at night but if you like the noise of a city, then you’ll be really happy. Great property and would stay there again. ”
