“My family and I had a wonderful stay! We loved the sunrise out our window that filled the kitchen with so much Joy! The kids loved the huge playground across the quiet cul de sac street. Hubby and I enjoyed the walking trails right next to the home. I would highly recommend this Beautiful home to anyone traveling. Amazing and kind host! If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!!!!!”

“So easy to walk out and fish on the dock. Beautiful house and location. We were off-season and had the community dock to ourselves!”

“This home and location at SML was like a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Perfect for families who like to be on the water. We rented a motorboat for a local marina and came and went as desired from our own private boat dock at the house. We loved the whole stay!”

“Rented Blackwater for my 40th birthday celebration. I couldn't imagine a better place if I tried. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. The arcade was beyond my dreams! The decorations for Halloween made it even better. We're already planning a return in the summer. Communication with the host was fast and reliable, and they added some personal touches for my birthday that were very sweet and definitely appreciated. The kitchen also had everything we needed! I'm in love.”

“Dirty towels (had to wash them), dirty kitchen pots & pans, holes in sheets. Old toiletries left in bathroom/shower and expired pantry items left in kitchen. Very old couches. No checkout instructions but we at least took out the garbage.”

“Very clean house- which was great! I was disappointed with the kitchen. The coffee maker leaked water and was missing a part - so it was NOT useable. The ice maker did not work and there were no trays to make ice for ourselves. The host was not as responsive as I would have liked. ”
