“Terrible owner- terrible communication, terrible stay all around. BEWARE of this OWNER- they have a number of suites in the area and they get you to commit then they are not helpful or responsive. SERVICE SUCKS I have asked to speak to a manager everyday and they refuse”

“I was studying for two weeks at Gallaudet, and this was a great place for me as a student! Jeff was very communicative and helpful. I rode the bike he provided to class every day and back before dark (some hills but not too bad). The rest of my time I was in the room doing homework, so it was perfect for that.
