“The room is lovely and the outdoor area would be great in better weather, but check in is all by text and email and I didn’t know that until I arrived so it was a while before I could fill out my info and get into my room. Poring rain and I needed a bathroom, so it wasn’t ideal. I had been driving for 9 hours and I was a bit annoyed.”
