“It is quite a small room with one single bed and a bunk bed. The lower bunk bed is too narrow and the height between the two decks is too short. I cannot sit up on it. I have to crawl into the bed and slip out of it every time. So you can imagine the feeling when you sleep on the lower bunk bed and the upper bed is so close to your face. It is really the hostel facilities but the rate is close to a hotel or even more expensive than many of them. ”

“We had two rooms. One was great overlooking the canal, unfortunately the other was less so with very limited headroom, overlooking the car park, yet we paid the same amount for both rooms. ”
