“The property was very comfortable and as pictured. Tina the host had great communication and was quick to respond. The property was very well stocked from dishes, and cookware, towels, games, books, etc... The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet as it was at the end of the road. Overall, a great place for families to stay. The only drawback for us was that the air conditioning was set at 74 and was not supposed to be set lower. We book several properties a year in Florida and……

“no running water upon check in. Had to find someone to help with main water valve. Maintenance said it was not his job it was the owners (we could not get a hold of) still haven’t gotten any word from host. My husband had to find and dig up the main water line to turn it on! Thank god we checked in 30min prior, if it had been after hours I don’t know what we’d have done. I’m 6 months pregnant and we were traveling with a 3 year old. No contact with host at all during the 2 night stay. I ended up……

“Our stay was a good one - Angela was good at communicating and helped us out upon check in. The only issue was a scheduled maintenance of the main pool and hot tub for the entire 2 weeks we were here. Luckily there was a smaller pool to enjoy but the kids would have liked the bigger pool ! ”

“Location was great. Not far from what you need and food options. Smooth check-in process. Host sent specific details about everything, which helped with any questions that we may have had. One of the pools that we went to had enough room. The inside of this property is immaculate. I don't think i have stayed in a cleaner VRBO. Beds in the master and 2nd bedroom were very comfortable. Perfect for what we needed during our trip. Host was only a phone call/text away. ”

“The condo was clean and very well maintained. The property had a lot of things to do, the pools were very clean. The entrance gate was an issue getting in until the owner contacted them the third day. Loved the stay will book again”

“I had family business to attend to in the area so this unit was perfect for my needs for the week. There was a storm or something which knocked out the AC but the owners were immediately responsive and had it back up and running ASAP. “The greater Grenelefe property is under redevelopment as the current golf courses, tennis courts and community center (pools, etc.) have been shuttered for more than a few years. ”

“Dealing with the manager said owner was a very nice experience. They were very easy to deal with and they answered the phone when I needed them to. My parents are 83 and 77 and I didn't know the code to get in after a 3 hour drive the manager answered my call on the first ring and gave me the code to get in the house and let my parents use the bathroom. For that I'm truly grateful. The house was so clean and I even took a U.V. flashlight to the sheets and every bed was clean. Thank you ”

“Overall, the condo was more than adequate for our purposes. We cooked in many nights but the location was also convenient to several good restaurants and golf courses. As an aging couple, the only negative was the poor lighting in the dinning room. We sat on the balcony every day and the neighborhood is quiet. Did not use the pool except to watch a SpaceX launch from Cape Canaveral at 1 a.m.”
