“The hotel is in the process of being really nice! Our room was comfortable and slightly outdated but no complaints other than the location. “Great facilities for kids/families. Homes are in great condition, well set up, had awesome pool and backyard. Price is pretty good for what you get minus the suprising cleaning fee. Only downsides are lack of recycling (felt terrible having to throw out plastic bottles/cups, still using styrofoam packaging for food at poolside) and annoying to get in and out of the resort as had not received any sort of access pass (had to call each time and wait). ”

“Hotel was very clean and new. The room was very large and spotless beds were comfortable pillows were comfortable, coffee in the room with a Keurig and refrigerator. The weird thing was they did not have a rollaway bed which we requested for an unexpected but welcomed guest. Breakfast was average at best. Cold potatoes precooked eggs, room temperature lunch meat in place of the standard bacon, Canadian bacon or sausage. The pancakes we're good and saved the day.”

“We stayed here for a 3 day weekend. We visited River Ranch Resort and this was a more affordable stay that was about 30 minutes away. The hotel room was nice, very clean, and comfortable. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay. We did not have any signal but the WiFi worked fine. “This property is completely misrepresented! First off you have to go through someone's gate and yard to access the boat behind their house. The dock and boat is completely surrounded by marsh, you can't see the water. I'm not even sure the boat is in water. The boat had dirt on it and a slightly rusty door, so it is not freshly remodeled. There were dead flies all over a countertop, so no cleaning before we came.
