“Home is spacious and located in a peaceful area. Sitting on the porch was very relaxing. My sister, mother and I enjoyed it very much. Home has everything you need for a fun vacation. Highly recommend. ”

“We have family in Lake Wales and this location allows us to stay close by in comfort. We bring our bikes and ride around the lake with our grandkids on the paved path. We love the pool, which can be heated in colder weather and the hot tub. One of the things that really attracted us is the dining table that seats 8 people - perfect for our family holiday meals. Kristy, the host is very responsive to inquiries. We will be back!”

“We got to this area of Florida annually for spring break, primarily to get away from the grayness of the long Michigan winter. We stayed 7 days at this property and had a great experience. The first several days were very hot (which we loved) but I’d did overload the community power grid and the entire area lost power for about three hours. I informed the property manager and they replied immediately with an estimated time of restoration. This happens at home in the summer so I didn’t find this……

“This house was perfect for our stay! Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy all of the perks of the house. This house has more space than you can imagine. Very clean, stocked kitchen and plenty of things to stay entertained. ”

“Everything was as stated, personal contact in Management was on top of "Everything". Place was spotless and beautiful as advertised!As a couple of Seniors, visiting and even senior relative, we have some suggestions: Entry was by an electronic number pad, which made things easy, except in the dark, it is almost useless. The keypad is not backlit, so you cannot see the numbers. The front door light is not a motion-sensing fixture, so there is ZERO light as you try to enter. Difficult situation……

“This home is brand new! Very modern and decorated beautifully. This home is maybe 5 minutes away from Legoland and any stores you might need.Our property manager responded to our messages right away and was very kind and professional. He was even able to get us checked in a little early since we were tired from our long drive.The coordinates for the home are a little confusing, but it is only necessary because the home and the community are so brand new that google doesnt know the address……

“This was our annual mission trip to be with our special needs family. This house provided the perfect place for us to rejuvenate every evening. Location was convenient. Praying next year we will not have to contend with so much road construction. ”

We did have a couple issues during our stay but the property manager went above and beyond to make sure the issues were taken care of quickly so we could enjoy our stay. “The house was great! It was plenty spacious and was close enough to the softball fields for the Spring Games. Nothing beats having your own dock especially if you like to fish. Nelson, the property contact, was also super responsive. We needed paper towels and he had them delivered within minutes. The only down fall was after being there for one night, enjoying the fire pit and patio, there was a swarm of bugs that hatched and took over the garage port,entry way and patio grounds. It made……
