“Great spot! My wife and I had a great weekend on Clearlake and this home was a perfect base. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner, and the deck had a gorgeous view of the lake. Communication was great, just an fyi that if you book through Expedia, the message from host will only come through Vrbo. I was able to reach out no problem and the host was very prompt and communicative. We’ll be back.”

“Great communication ahead of time. But then never received code for door (had to call) and never received WiFi (had to message). I guess the description is accurate and I did not read closely enough. There is no living room area. (Chair in kitchen. Chair in bedroom.) Instead there is a 6 seat dining room table in a large room between bedroom and kitchen which made no sense as it’s a very small apt. “We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic necessities we needed. The best part was that it was only a 7-minute walk to a family member’s new home in Cobb, which made it incredibly convenient. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!”

“The property was beautifully decorated and prime location. 5 minutes from everything. Great parking and privately owned. The owner was kind and accommodating. Answers the phone everytime. The only downside is the property is not fenced in--- so you cannot leave dogs outside off leash. Otherwise I give the property 5 stars. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Wine Country retreat! Madrid was very friendly and responsive from the beginning until end! This house was in a great location convenient to so many things!
