“We hadden hier geboekt voor 2 nachten, na aankomst op JFK airport. Het adres klopte niet, niemand in de buurt had van dit hotel gehoord en toen we probeerden te bellen nam er niemand op. Toen we uiteindelijk na een uur iemand spraken werd ons gezegd dat er geen boeking was(ik had de bevestiging bij me) en werd de telefoon opgehangen. 22.00 in de avond met een gezin met baby, en geen overnachting na een lange vliegreis en autorit, en voor het eerst in de VS.. Echt vreselijk dit allemaal!”

“Pésima experiencia, favor de no cometer el error de hospedarse aquí, el lugar sumamente sucio, pésima ubicación, inseguro, 2 veces encontré gente drogándose en la entrada y Expedia no me resolvió el problema, simplemente dijeron que no había devolución de dinero por políticas. Pero es un lugar poco confiable NO RECOMENDABLE, RUIDOSO.”
