“No elevator, but staffs are very friendly and can help with the luggages (free). The rooms are randomly assigned. Rooms near the street are still a bit noisy.”

"They don’t even provide water in the hotel . And you have to be a Hilton honor member to get the complimentary water. Terrible experience. The environment is exactly like other 3 stars hotels and even worse. I am still wondering why it is a four stars hotels… "
