“服務人員非常優質，地理位置優，就在舊城區。早餐不僅豐富好吃，時間從7：30直到12點，非常便利住客的安排行程。”

“Zentrumsnahe Lage. Straßenbahn-Haltestelle um die Ecke. 2 Stationen bis Königsplatz. Zimmer und Bad recht geräumig, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles sauber. Schnelles WLAN. Zimmer am Ende des Gangs mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Damit wurde meinem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer voll entsprochen. Gute Matratze. Konnte gut schlafen. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. Deutlich besser als das, was von vielen Hotelketten gegen Aufpreis geboten wird. Personal sehr freundlich und……

“酒店地點就在Augsburg的中央車站旁，公共交通配套完善；雖位於鐵路沿線，然而房間隔音效果不錯，大大降低了鐵路經過時的噪音；酒店員工很友善，樂於協助旅客；唯房間似乎沒有有效的換氣設備，浴室每天都在潮濕狀態，如關上房間大門及窗戶，個多小時內房間便充斥著潮濕異味”

“地點不錯!停車也相當方便，離市中心相當近，都是步行可到的距離。但是CP值低，房間價格偏高!!!而且房間偏小，對於攜帶大型行李的旅客而言不是很方便，而且房間格局有點詭異，浴室快要比房間還要大，過於浪費空間。”

“Hele mooie en luxe suites. Goed bedachte architectuur in binnenstad. Mooi gerestaureerd. Geen personeel dan schoonmaakpersoneel. Gelukkig want de douche afvoer bleek verstopt. De binnenpatio is leuk gevonden, maar erg gehorig voor de suites die hier op aansluiten. Alles verder goed verzorgd. Veel keuze om te eten en te ontbijten direct in de buurt. ”
