“Very beautiful and accurate loved it. Very clean and cute everything there we needed. Even washer dryer to do clothes before heading home. Wine opener and glasses. My husband and i came to town for a graduation weekend and visit with family. We would definitely rent again. Unfortunately we had to leave early do to family emergency at home, but would come back. Good communication with owner about questions, quick answers.”

“The place had an out in the boonies feel. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and had other people being loud outside our window when trying to sleep from other apartments. It is centrally located between Houston and Galveston if that’s your goal. Owner was responsive.”

“The apt was very clean and spacious. It is very secure with a parking garage, and the vicinity also appears very secure. There is a bit of a walk inside the building from the garage to the apt, that is somewhat confusing the first time, but became much easier once we learned the way. “The apartment is above a bar which the listing says. I have a teenager so honestly the noise didn’t bother us. I could open the balcony door and hear the music so that was fun and it is great with walking distance to bars, food and Kemah Boardwalk. The apartment itself is nice enough. The beds are medium soft and comfortable. If you have small children the noise might be too much but it all shuts down at 2 am. Honestly with TVs on you can’t hear it too bad though.
