“Loved our stay in Kemah. We enjoyed walking down to the Boardwalk and around the beautiful neighborhood. Very tidy homes and we felt safe there. As we were in the back yard sitting by the pool we saw blue jays, cardinals and woodpeckers. There was a cute and delicious ice cream shop one block away and T-bone Tom’s is close and a must eat at. Would stay here again. ”

“My high school astronomy club members and two chaperones and I stayed at this place during our spring break trip to Houston to see the space center and Galveston. Regarding location and traffic, it was perfect for where we needed to get to. Being able to see the constellations from the pier and the back yard was amazing, and the sunrises were beautiful! We did have some issues with damaged beds from previous renters, but the host got that cleared up right away. Communication was excellent. ……

“We had booked this place two months in advance for my birthday celebration with family and kids and when we reached there the cleaners were still there and did not let us enter. When we called the company they said they did not have an estimate on when the house would be ready. We were waiting outside in the heat for almost three hours when the finally made the house available. The cleaning was pathetic. The pool was dirty. The entrance doors had bugs, dead mosquitoes and even mould on the roof.……

“We had an amazing long weekend! The backyard was absolutely stunning, with plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of Galveston Bay. The provided kayaks and fishing poles were a fantastic touch, and we spent hours outside making the most of them. “Overall amazing stay! The house was perfect and had everything in it we needed. The newly built pier was awesome also, the weather was a little all over the place during our stay so fishing wasn’t great but we did catch several fish. The firm mattress on the king and queen beds were the only thing that wasn’t perfect for us but I know lots of people prefer the firm mattresses. We will definitely book again when we need a quick relaxing getaway on the bay. ”

We really enjoyed having our coffee on the spacious deck in the mornings watching the sunrise over the bay, and we enjoyed our adult beverages in that same spot in the evenings. The views from the living room, kitchen, and deck were definitely the highlight of the house, but everything was just as advertised.The couple with which we traveled were wary of rental houses, but this experience really won them……

It was a short walk to the NASA Space Center, and there are many good, affordable eateries and coffee shops nearby.
