“Great communication. Clean home. Upon entering, two large and overflowing trash cans were blocking the entrance. Moved them to the side so we could pass. The morning of our check out, a critter had gotten to the trash cans and my sons and myself had to pick up the bulky items. Check out was at 10am and as we were loading, this man was trimming the grass on the property shooting the pebbles and grass towards our vehicles. I asked him if he could wait a bit for us to leave before we continued.……

“We had a great time although cleanliness was an issue. Beer cans, nicotine patches, and cigars left from previous guests, poop on the toilet with no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the pool was murky. But over all the house was great and unique. Love the layout and the boat deck was beautiful. ”
