“Cozy Haven exceeded my expectations! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!! Photos don't do it justice. It is beautiful inside with marble floors, pleasing color choices, and lovely peaceful & uplifting decor. Everything looks and feels new, and spotlessly clean. The Suite feels much larger than it looks in photos and is so comfortable, with two a/c's visitors can control that work well. All appliances worked well and kitchen was equipped with everyone you need. Spacious frig and storage in cabinets……

“This unit is wonderful. We traveled to Winter Haven to take our son to Legoland, so the king bed and bunk beds were perfect for us. The unit is such an upgrade over a hotel experience and Christian is an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful throughout our planning and stay.”

“This was the cheapest condo we could find for our stay. It was a bit further away from the parks ( about 1 hour ). There was no checking in onsite communication went through email. The condo looked great and clean but we had several issues. The most important issues where a stuck balcony door and not working airco. That made it hot and stuffy only windows to open but those had mosquito screens with holes in them. We called upon arrival to let them know about the defects. Unfortunately they……

“Dishwasher was disconnected and had molded damprid in it. Property smelled funky, had roaches. Beds were the most uncomfortable beds weve ever slept in. Kitchen was poorly equipped to be able to be functioning. Full size coffee maker but no coffee. A heads up wouldve been nice, we woudve brought our own coffe had we known. The condo served a purpose, but couldve been more user friendly and inviting ”

“1 would like to place a complaint. There was a foul smell in the house upon arriving. Last night we had looked around to see if we could find the smell but nothing was found. My husband opened the microwave, attempting to heat his left overs and he found a tray of food with mold. It clearly has been there for a while. We were unable to use the microwave. And it smells so foul. I can send a picture of what we found. Also, no one ever responded to my messages. I probably won’t be doing this……
