“From the beginning, Sarah was so easy to communicate with! The loft was gorgeous (very updated and decorated beautifully), location was amazing (our toddler enjoyed looking at the downtown lights outside of the loft, people watching, and live music), and there was plenty of space for our 7 toddler in the loft! It was also a quick, easy drive to Sugar Spring Ranch for the wedding reception we were attending.Will definitely seek out this property to rent again when we find ourself in Waterloo!”

The area was quiet and peaceful, but still very convenient—Walmart and other stores were just a short drive away.We stayed in the lower level of the house, which had a cozy, rustic feel and plenty of space for everyone. It had everything we needed, and everything was clean and comfortable.Communication with the property manager was great—very friendly and quick to respond.Overall, it was a relaxing and easy stay.
