“Our adult family of 7 stayed at this lovely river home. The location was perfect for us. It was quiet, and even larger inside than we exoected feom ohotos. The home had been upgaded from photos online. Two beautiful bathrooms and all 4 bedrooms had big beds in them. There was plenty of soace for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. We would highly recommend and stay again!! ”

“The space was really cool! The decor was amazing and everything was as described in the listing. There was a slight smell upon walking into the house, but it only was noticeable in the kitchen. Certainly not strong enough of an odor to not stay there, just an observation. This still gets five stars.”

“This place was wonderful! It felt like a cabin in the forest yet it was fully modern and had every accommodation you could think of! Everything was very clean and clearly labeled. Each bedroom had a king bed, a tv, outlet strips, a closet with extra blankets and pillows, and luggage stands. If I’m ever in these parts again, I’d love to stay here!”

“So serene and calm and exactly what was needed for a weekend away. Every room was well stocked and each bedroom had fans in the closets as well. Beautiful home and lake with plenty of chances for watching wildlife and others enjoying the lake. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect place to unwind and relax! ”

“This place is huge! More than enough room for our party of 14. Very clean, super comfortable. The only note I didn’t realize is that it’s right off the highway, but the house’s comfort and amenities were above and beyond. ”

“Adorable and artistic home walking distance from downtown yellow springs! Even more spacious than the pictures show. The backyard is just as charming and a beautiful place to sit and relax. Host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly! Will definitely love to stay here on our next visit to Ohio! ”

“Second year staying at the property. The location was much quieter than last year and we had no issues with the area. Love the proximity to coffee (2 mins), grocery (4 mins) and Grandpa Joe's candy emporium store (8 mins). House was clean and we appreciate the stocked items made available. Wifi Internet didn't appear to be working but we don't really use it during our stay.”

“What a delightful place - we stayed here for roughly a week as we moved our daughter into a downtown Dayton apartment and we could not have been happier! The location was ideal and everything was clean and exactly as described. Lots of wonderful attention to detail and respect for guest comfort and the house itself is absolutely charming.
