Might want to bring a full sized knife and all seasonings/oil you’ll need to cook, but otherwise it worked well to prepare our meals as needed. “This was the perfect rental for the weekend! We had 12 adults stay the night and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house and surrounding property is beautiful and extremely well maintained! There was room to play yard games, kayaks, a paddle boat, and a fire pit. The rental provides plenty of towels and bedding and there’s a fully stocked kitchen (there’s even a crock pot!) the lake is small but the water was warm! Overall a beautiful location— we would love to come back again! ”

“Nice place. Loved sitting out on the lower deck looking at the lake. If you are looking for lake access, this isn't it. Rent a boat for a day or go to Pokagon State Park and use their beach. We lost our long-term rental on Lake James when the owner sold it. In the past, every summer we would drive over the border to play golf on Iyopawa and we knew the area. This house backs up to the 2nd tee. We picked this place based on the golf course. We have our favorite local restaurants. We liked to walk……

“The house was amazing.All the amenities you need while going away.Kitchen was fully stocked with necessities.Bathrooms were fully stocked, hand soap, shampoo, towels and toilet paper too. Not just 2 rolls either or made of sandpaper. I noticed the solid door on the bathrooms. when redoing a house most people stick to the hollow doors to keep the price down, but the bathrooms were solid. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of fans to go around.Outdoor furniture was available, (the deck gets very hot) ……
