You will love this 1-bedroom villa with a queen bed, sofa bed, and bunk beds for sleeping for 6. Updated furniture in the Livingroom and a brand new mattress on queen bed. There is a washer and dryer in the villa. This 2nd floor villa has an elevator right next to it, an updated kitchen featuring granite countertops The bath has been updated to a with tile and a walk in shower. There is private sleeping in the queen bedroom. Relax on your private balcony at the end of a long day with views of the pool and ocean. The Breakers has an outdoor pool perfect for cooling off. This is an incredible beach property conveniently located in the popular Coligny area with shops, restaurants, and activities. Book your vacation now!

The Breakers provides an ideal location for your vacation. No car is needed to stay here. You can walk to restaurants, shopping at Coligny, and Hilton Head's Celebration Park. Ride your bike along Hilton Head's beaches or 50 + miles of bike trails.

The Forest Beach area of Hilton Head is the sought-after vacation area of the island. Enjoy the shops and restaurants of Coligny Beach or happy hour at the Tiki Hut. Ride bikes, walk, or use the free trolly to get around.

We really loved the location of our condo. We enjoyed having so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Access to the beach was also great. The condo is a bit outdated , but it was clean and well stocked.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Breakers and the condo was perfect for just the two of us. Great location and walking distance to everything. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the pool and ocean.

Bucket list location

Came to Hilton Head for my birthday and to check it off my bucket list. I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of the island. The food was amazing. Great Southern hospitality and so beautiful. The beaches are clean and loved walking along the shore. The accommodations were exactly as shown on line with easy accessibility to everything you want or need.

Great Property

Perfect location for a Mini-vaca

The location is fabulous. We are frequent visitors to North Forest Beach, typically staying in a house. Since it was just my daughter and me we only needed a small place. The Breakers fit the bill. Slightly dated building but it had everything we needed. We could walk to Coligny, the beach, almost everywhere we needed to go. Our only complaint was our upstairs neighbors were loud and the walls / ceilings were thin. The space was smaller than the pictures implied, but it still worked for us.

We enjoy de privacy, stay in proximity of the beach. Also walking distance of the plaza and restaurants. Parking was always available. Nice and very clean place. Is truly non smoking place and sheets cleaned. Kitchen ready. Cable TV in bedroom as well.Recommend!!!

Breakers 221 is an amazing gem!! Unit has everything you need for a beach getaway. The beach is steps away with gated access. The pool is even closer. Shops at Coligny/grocery store minutes walk. Kitchen is very well equipped. Truly appreciated the amenities (trash bag, dishwasher soap, laundry pods)!!!

Nice property

We have stayed in several units at the Breakers over the years. This unit had very comfortable couches as well as mattress and pillows. Nicely redone bathroom. A/C worked great. Loved the balcony which had a nice view of the pool and beach. Kiddos loved the bunk beds. The kitchen could use an update and it does not have an oven. Some may not like the mirrored wall in the living room area. The sun shines on the balcony in the morning which makes it a bit tough for drinking a morning coffee, but is nicely shaded in the afternoon. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Fantastic!

We loved our stay at this condo! It was clean, bed comfy, couches nice, and what a view! We loved the convenience of just being able to walk straight out to the beach. And 2 tiki bars within walking distance! We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee watching the ocean.

Good for a couple

The best thing is the location. The view of the beach and morning sunrise is wonderful. You can walk to the beach or Coligny plaza. It is very small and dated but we enjoyed our stay. Communication with property management is superior. So if you do have a problem, Mary will respond immediately
