“Beautiful, well-appointed new construction close enough to VT campus for events and visiting students, but just far enough away for views and privacy. Great outdoor spaces on front and back porches, complete with a grill. Thoughtful touches everywhere from snacks and coffee to extra blankets and plush towels to razors and toothpaste, in case you forgot. And fascinating site history too. Would definitely stay again! Close to Rising Silo Brewery, Heritage Park and Gateway Trails.”

“Stayed with family while visiting other family in the area. Great location and proximity to the lake with a fairly level lot. Easy entry for enjoying the water. We were able to drive down to the water which was helpful for mobility challenged family member. Also enjoyed the fire pit. ”

“This was our first VT Family Weekend visiting our freshman Hokie. We traveled with two of our kids and had another flying in from college in Boston. This house was just as described - it was spacious for all of us, clean and well equipped. The ride to/from Blacksburg was no more than 30-40 min and gave us refuge after a long day of tailgating, football game and campus activities. “Well stocked, everything we needed. Easily make it to the water/dock. Loved the shade under the trees, spent evenings with a fire, whole family had a wonderful time fishing, playing, eating and just being together. Pet friendly, at the end of a very quiet road. ”
