“The home is beautiful, with expert attention to detail. The bed linens seemed chosen specifically for each room. The views were especially delightful, day and night. We were lucky to have a 3/4 moon over the Fox River, a fire in the fire pit, and morning coffee on the deck. I would recommend this home for any event. Spacious, comfortable, and near fun things to do, such as kayaking on the Fox River.”

“You can tell the owners really care about their guests and their beautiful historic property. So much attention to detail and so many fun little extras, makeup wipes, extra hand towels. Music on in the room on arrival. Very serene and peaceful. Lovely decor and very comfortable beds. It really felt like home. The yard was gorgeous to look at in the morning. “Overall really nice. It was clean and had extra towels/blankets and adequate kitchen. Plenty of space. Wifi was fine. It had fair AC and water. The washer dryer worked and she even left us enough soap for a few loads. The neighborhood was nice and we even went on a walk around to walk my dog. Would absolutely book again. Its about 1.5 hours to get to Chicago for a visit depending on the area. It also has some nice restraunts in the nearby towns. We also had a change of plans and she……
