“I recommend a book in the house letting us know how things work. There is a projection TV in living room, was not sure how to operate it. We figured it out by putting our own fire stick. The backyard heater and propane pit in the back did not come with propane and the nights were chilly it would have been a perfect touch, we sent message but never got a response. There were bottles of wine on the wall and there were no directions about how much it would cost, we had to contact owner/host and was……

“The property is about 25 minutes from Savannah but easy route using Highway 80. From the front door, your view is a beautiful church. The neighborhood is very quiet, allowing a breather from the hustle bustle of the fast paced Savannah crowds. Wonderful wrap-around porch from past era had many areas to rest, sip a glass of wine, and enjoy the fresh air after a busy touring day. Inside was nicely decorated, the bedrooms were very comfortable and inviting, and a washer and dryer were available……

The home is small, but the layout and bedding options were plenty comfortable even though we had the max number of people (12).Little extras (toothbrushes, shampoo, spare razors, etc) were appreciated! Home was stocked with TP, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, etc.I do not expect perfection, but I do expect to have friendly and prompt communication when issues pop up or the need arises. We happened to have a few things happen during our stay but……
