“Very clean. The staff were excellent. Room service food was delicious and delivered piping hot and quickly. Facility is aged and needs some basic maintenance, there was a tear in the carpet which was a trip hazard. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked beautifully. Overall I would recommend staying here for the cleanliness and comfort. ”

“This was a really maginificent place to stay in the heart of Morpeth. It's in a fabulous historic building. The rooms are big, the bed is comfy and there's a great guest lounge. A lovely continental breakfast is included. The owner is wonderful and very helpful. This definitely THE place to stay in Morpeth.”

“Loved the Crystalbrook for our two night stay. Foyer and downstairs bar is great. Rooms are very clean and styled very nicely. Didn’t go to the restaurant and bar on the top floor. In a great location and a five minute walk to the waterfront. ”
