“One night of my stay was open mic night at the event space on ground. Very noisy until pretty late. This hotel is an interesting historical rehab. I was told it had been open about 3 years and had last been used at the turn of the 20th century. I like the preservation of the feel of the place although it was located in a somewhat rundown area. Portland’s Pearl Distruct and downtown are very walkable though and I never felt unsafe. ”

“As others have mentioned, the property is older. However, it is extremely clean and the staff is super-friendly. This is my second visit and I would gladly stay again!”

“The hotel is EXTREMELY not clean. There were bed bugs on our mattress and I got bitten badly. After we examined the mattress, we also noticed a huge stain at the end of the bed, couldn't tell if it's coffee or blood. The front desk assistant manager Sage was helpful in that she helped us get our payment back and moved us to the Hampton Court hotel next door after we reported the bed bug issue. But still--I have never lived in a hotel where there were bedbugs, even in motels that are $50 dollars……

“We stayed here for 2 nights. The room is tidy and clean, the beds are quite comfortable. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the area is quiet and safe, and it is only a walk distance to the Washington Park. We had a pleasant stay!”

“Beautiful property but very over priced for what they offer , also no parking !! The thermal spa should be included in your room stay and no reservations should be required ! Breakfast / lunch would be nice to have !! Would I go again ? No”
