“Wonderful Concierge service!! Beautiful vibe boutique hotel. Excellent check-in and escort from drop-off to hotel. You can’t reach the front by car, so one of the concierge will meet you! Only disappointment was service at breakfast. I was alone and ignored. Otherwise, excellent ”

“We’ve been travelling around Portugal and Spain for the past month and have been staying at various hotels. (Beautiful countries but haven’t been impressed with customer service and staff at restaurants, hotels and stores compared to our country Canada). The service at this hotel is the best one we’ve received. Check in was very easy and the 2 gentlemen and porter who served us have been the friendliest, most professional and helpful. (Very convenient they and rest of staff speak English)……
