“I was looking for a few days of weekday retreat and found it. There were a few other guests on the property but it still was quiet and peaceful. If you're looking for an escape from Dallas Fort Worth that's not an all day drive then this is it!”

“Everything was great except figuring out which cabin we were staying in. Need to have cabin name on it or a number on it. We had other guest stopping at our cabin trying to find out where their cabin was .The cabin was so cute. Loved the whole experience. Met Cindy that cleans the cabins. She was very helpful and nice. ”

“We really wanted to get away for a few nights and relax, this spot was perfect. The area is beautiful, the house is great, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. Towns are close enough to get some food or supplies and get back to doing nothing, Mineola, Hawkins, and Lindale are great little towns. Nelda was very helpful and nice. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The building was in construction. This is the second night I was without a roomi am very disappointed ”

“I really like the layout of the Single Master bedroom. The water was hot, the AC kept the room cool, the bed was comfy, good lighting from lamps and window, plenty of towels, bathtub had mild texture pad...lots of little things that added up to a comfortable stay.”

“This is an older property and could use some new paint, etc. Our room was clean and the A/C worked. We had difficulty getting into the room with the provided key card, and the gentleman on duty reprogrammed the key and personally came to our room to make sure we could get in. I wish I had gotten his name so I could express my appreciation for his going the extra mile! We slept well and would stay here again.”

“The guy at the front is rude to women and ilut take forever for him to come to the window he never had the door open for anyone to go to the counter ”
