“We have stayed in this house four or five times and always love our time there. My husband and I have stayed there by ourselves as well as with friends. The property is always immaculate. We love the three porches, a glass enclosed, screen enclosed, an open one. Lots of room for relaxing and watching deer. You might take your folding chairs for the dock, which is another nice place to sit. We highly recommend this house! ”

“This was a one night stay on our road trip and we were delighted with the accommodations. This cottage is tucked away from the city of Tyler on a little property with chickens, roosters, sheep, and a friendly dog. We enjoyed the sounds of the animals as we walked our little dog in the entry road. The cottage is neat as a pin and well stocked with everything you might need. The bed and living space were comfortable and the bathroom has a clawfoot tub/shower. We could not have been any more……

“Was a beautiful setting for our family !!! The screened in cabana by the pool was a favorite place !!!!Owners were attentive and easy to communicate with !”

“The house was a great place for our get together. Loved the outdoor space and back porch. Great place for playing cornhole and sitting outside. Fishing was really good. Caught bass every time we went to the pond. The house clean and enough beds for all of us. There was a few issues that I need to address. The back door was very difficult to open. The handle has been installed upside down and would not operate very well. Constantly had to force door open. In the kitchen there was only 6……

“The only issue with the stay was, it’s not a private dock when you have somebody else’s boat sitting in the dock! Had really bad storms and couldn’t utilize the dock due to somebody’s boat being stored in the slip. Overall, it was a great day!”

“The best qualities about this property are 1) location (walk to the amenities) and 2) the organization, cleanliness and amount of provisions. The house isn't much to look at on the outside, but the owners have done an amazing job inside. I've never stayed at a STR that was so well organized and provided guests everything they could ever need. ”
