“Overall, loved it. Bathroom was A1 but we saw teeth flossers and a few things laying on the ground. Plus we did not use the BBQ because it needed a good clean. Could have used an extra plate or two.The cabin was very clean and the location was quiet and secluded. Despite a couple of minor things, I would stay here again. Never saw the owner, or anyone else actually.”

“I drove straight passed the Road as there was no Rd sign. I could only identify it because I usedMy Maps app and had a similar experience in Thames several months ago. I found the toaster had not been cleaned if crumbs and feel that the sealant at the bottom of the shower door look grimy and should be replaced. Otherwise I slept well and everything went like clockwork”

“Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Location was ideal for us and we could not fault it. Beds were comfy and so were the couches. Next time i will remember to take a bluetooth speaker but otherwise the lack of tv was a bonus. Went to the opononi hotel to watch the league and take the kids out for dinner. Locals are really friendly.As for the driveway, i left that for hubby to navigate. Didn't look as bad as i had envisioned but i probably would park down the bottom if I was on my own. Overall loved……

“The bach is in a great spot across road and through some bush to a great beach, but limited harbour views due to trees across the road. The bach is comfy and kitchen well appointed. Nice to have a table big enough for pur group. There is a handheld shower over a bath inside with main showers in a lean-to outside. This was fine for our group and shower pressure was great but I imagine some might not like this setup. We arrived just after a big storm but the outdoor areas and showers were long……
