“Downside is there is no front desk or any staff for that matter if you need assistance. We weren’t given bathrobes although it was listed in the amenities online, the shower head was flimsy and didn’t stay upright and there were exposed wall wires by the vanity/sink mirror. For a property listed as ‘luxury’ you would expect better.
