“We have stayed here three times now. Overall it’s a good property choice when visiting our son at PSU. This time the water temperature was on the cool side and the bed was a little uncomfortable. “Centrally located in Lincoln Center, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and less than 2 miles from Loon Mtn. About 4 miles from stunning Franconia Notch State Park. The unit was very cute, and perfect for me and my 2 teen kids. We were able to easily cook meals and watch Netflix. The only thing we were disappointed by was the pool area. The indoor pool was freezing, the jacuzzi was lukewarm, and the sauna in the women’s locker room didn’t get over about 75 degrees. There was some construction……

“We stayed there for Laconia weekend 2024. 4 couples were very comfortable. The street up to a certain part to get to location is paved then dirt. The driveway dirt and rocks which is rough especially for motorcycle. Owner allowed easy early check in and we were able to park motorcycles in garage which was awesome.
