“Thanks so much for hosting us! we have been coming to squam for 20+ years and never stayed at the boulders. The space was great for the price and right on the lake. We had no issues whatsoever and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a cabin type weekend by the water. ”

“We were greeted by our host upon arrival, he made sure to let us know to contact him if we needed anything. When we did, his responses were immediate and helpful. Location was wonderful, and the lake was amazing. We fit our family and another in the house easily.”

“We had a great stay at this hotel! Perfect little place with everything you need. Coffee was available in the room and downstairs by the desk and the room we stayed in had a fridge, microwave, stovetop, and all the cookware and glassware you need. It's definitely an older property but that is what gives it it's charm. Our TV did not work in our room but was not a huge deal. Front desk staff were kind and flexible. Would absolutely stay again and use the pool next time, it closes at 9p.”

“Our room was extremely clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was also nice to be a 10 minute walk to the lake beach. A great stay!”

“Has Golf Channel!! That's a big plus. A tiny bit stale afford upon entering but the HVAC works well. Shower water is hot, that's important. All is all, reliable, not fancy. Ill be back. ”
