“We selected this location because of its proximity to family. It was immaculately clean and well-stocked with all the necessities. Stephan was highly responsive each time we reached out. Our only problem was the heat in the house. The weather was unseasonably cold and we needed to rely on the heat. It wasn’t working and we needed to reach out to Stephan several times. He responded appropriately by first providing space heaters, and ultimately replacing the broken thermostat. We would definitely……

“Apartment was exactly as posted. Very cute. Extremely clean and just enough space for a trip at the beach. Nicole was easy to communicate with, and she was quick to respond to questions. We had a restful few days, as the block was very quiet in the off-season. Location couldn't be better to access the beach and boards. Angela ”

“We had an amazing experience at screen door cottage! It was cozy and just the right size for my family of 3 plus our dog! Great pool right on premises along with everything you need outdoors. We will definitely be booking again! ”

“The best part about our stay was the private beach access. While the house was cute and what you’d generally expect for a beach house, there were a number of things that were disappointing given the price of the rental. For example, it was advertised that there was a washing machine but you couldn’t load the detergent. One of the air vents was taped into the wall (otherwise it fell out) and it was difficult to open/lock some of the doors.”

“Property was clean, 1 block from beach, and off street parking (although tight but appreciated!). We were supplied beach badges, bedding and a few towels. Enclosed yard with picnic tables, outdoor shower and grill. LOVED our stay and will be back next year!”
