“We actually were moved from this location due to the AC not working. We did arrive and it was exactly as described. Unfortunately, We were moved to The Brownstone in Eureka Springs. It was a beautiful room with a bathroom. It was directly across from the train which was our view. It offered a community kitchen parlor but no grill. Being on a budget, we took all our meat, veggies, cheese, etc, however to carry our food to top floor to use the kitchen wasn’t our cup of tea. We ended up eating our……

“Penny’s place was very cute. Had everything you could need. Lots of extra towels and rags. Appreciated it having a blow dryer as I forgot mine. Kitchen is very nice. Full size fridge. Is about 15 mins to downtown Eureka. 1 hour to Branson. Had a few games under tv stand. Moved TV from living room into bedroom, as there’s not really a couch or place for two to sit comfortably in the living room. My only complaint (and it’s a pretty big one) is if you are a light sleeper like I am, I would not……

“We set this up for our adult children to stay nearby for Memorial Day. The house is really cute and the kitchen and living areas are large enough to have a comfortable family gathering. The hosts are very responsive and seemed to have thought of everything you might want to find in a vacation rental. Loved it!”
