“We were in town for a conference for work and didn't want to stay in a hotel. The place was very clean and smelled amazing. Perfect space 3 friends to stay. Host was great she answered when reaching out before the stay and the arrival was seamless.”

“The place was in a perfect location. Short walk down the hill to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and shops. Plenty of off street parking. Plenty of room in the house and fully stocked with what is needed. Some of the decor is a bit dated but it does give the place a homey feel. Would happily stay here again.”

The rooms are spacious, beds are large and comfortable with lots of pillows, kitchen is well-appointed, bathrooms clean and spacious as well, with lots of towels and even make-up removal washcloths. We had 6 adults and one child in our group so that 2 full and 1 half bathroom met our needs really well.When we had a surprise snow storm (in April!), Denys responded to our call immediately and remotely unlocked the garage so we could access the snow shovel! “We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The house is about a five minute ride from the T station and about a 20min ride into the city. There are spots for two cars at the house but it's very narrow. My minivan fit but we had to be mindful when opening the passenger door. A larger van would have trouble.The house is very close to the tracks for the T. The noise of the passing trains is startling at first but you hardly notice it by your second night.The weather didn't cooperate for us to enjoy the……

“A very nice, clean, spacious New England home. The owner of the property was very easy to communicate with. We live in Florida but my wife and I are originally from the area. We went to visit family but knew we needed to find accomodations for our family of 5. The house was perfect and if it is available the next time we visit we'll definitely be staying there. ”
